Not sure if it's useful to you, but you can use the $20 for SMS as well.

And they are a pain in the arse to deal with if you ever have billing
enquiries etc.

If you can get through. Pennytel have had a run of problems lately.

I'd just pay the $20 and go with MNF. Even if you never make a call with
them, $20 for a DID isn't too shabby.
