Do you *have* to call mobile to mobile?

Using a callthough service like http://www.telediscount.co.uk/ it'll
cost 1p/min to call a German landline and 10p/min to call a German
mobile from a BT landline. But it'll be much more from your mobile.

Or if you've both got broadband a VOIP service would be cheaper or
even free.
