Oh, sorry. Yes, you have to install the software on that card, same as a
driver into Windows. The phones don't come with it installed to save
memory for those who don't use it.

Do you have PC Suite installed so you can talk to your PC?

The procedure is to use PC Suite to install the driver to your phone, I
believe. Unlike Motorola's software, Nokia gives away PC Suite for free.
