Perhaps Mr Firth, being something of a linguist, can tell me what it means.

I seem to recall that ETA is some kind of terrorist group, or at least
dissident, sometimes referred to as Basque Separatists....or something.

....and then again isn't a basque something that women used to wear that
compressed a load of flab into a tiny waisted figure? Seems like the
wrong approach to me, but what do I know? Answer: not much. lol
