Well, I am on the £10 deal and I didn't get a second text to say roll
over would still be in place.
They also stated that data, per kilobyte, is being reduced in price
from 0.5p to 0.2p. That us still TWO THOUSAND POUNDS per GB!!
When you consider that '3' let you have 2GB for £5 it is still not at
all attractive. Effectively they are saying is that they want some
more spend above the £10 level. It is not what I wanted. I was looking
for some data to be included in the £10 in leiu of reduction in texts.
Now they have effectively reduced the texts and minutes by banishing
rollover but have not compensated with some data. There is nothing to
stop them offering 1GB in with the £10 as an option against loss of
some minutes or texts. Data is still way, way overpriced and I will
just continue with using 'dial up' internet.
