Or, if the Government feels it must subsidize the bush broadband business,
it should provide carefully targetted funding directly to the bush
consumers (whether in the form of broadband vouchers, or something else)
-- which would be a far more transparent scheme, and wouldn't
unnecessarily distort markets where the private sector is already
providing service.
