You could simply refuse to call them. It seems that they're deliberately
making it hard for you to call, so why bother? Ask them why they're not
giving out a landline number?

You'll need a PC to run their software on and a cheap headset to plug
into the audio ports on your PC. About £1.99 from Tesco. That's good
enough to get you started.
