I just finished an extended call to AT&T tech support regarding a technical
issue with my Blackberry email. First I was surprised to even find them
open as Cingular was always closed on Sunday. I spent a long time on the
phone (almost all of which was waiting for Vista to process changes). I was
transferred to an exclusive Blackberry rep and he seemed very knowledgeable.
He did need more help so he conferenced in a tech from Blackberry itself!
The problem not only was solved but on a Sunday night!
