Umm if you still have 0870 callthroughs that work, and off peak calls will
do?

Why not look for an Orange ED50 contract to transfer,
they do still inc 0870 and 0845 for 50 mins off peak a day,
and then 1p per min after that.

and I suspect 3's international bolt on will beat your Tesco 20p per min.
assuming you make a lot of calls
