This must be orange you're talking about? Several other PAYT networks
have long since allowed a choice of networks abroad. I use Tesco mobile-
it was their cheap roaming rates which finally convinced me I didn't
need a contract. Tesco doesn't work in all countries though. Not a big
deal to me, though I've visited some of them where it didn't work.
