Now I'm curious; what exactly do you find upsetting about a perfectly good
and totally relevent answer to your question, expressed in the most
inoffensive way possible?
Is there some reason why the software supplied with the phone can't be
installed on your friend's computer (or yours) and the instructions
followed?
