Problem with Orange Data Plan
Anybody here got any knowledge on current orange data plans
After reviewing my bill i've noticed that Orange have removed my data
bundle (Orange World Unlimited Browsing).
Called up Chief Execs Office about this and they say that they cant
put it back on my account, but can offer me a 30mb bundle for £6 (as
opposed to unlimited anytime for £8). Told them where the could stick
this offer and requested my PAC code as they had broken terms of my
contract. To my surprise they said they would arrange a PAC code and
send me out a jiffy bag for me to return phone.
Having second thoughts of backing out of my orange contract as i have
a reasonable deal with them (Racoon 35 - 500mins xnet, 200 landline,
1100 texts for £30 / month) and especially, dont really want to go
through the hassle of changing providers / porting my number.
Anybody aware of Orange data plans that are unlimited anytime that i
can request?
Or should i take a risk elsewhere?
My son used to have the Orange data bundle, (dont know the details, sorry)
but all I know is that he now uses 3 for his internet connection, Orange
couldn't match theirs. I use o2, and have a sim only deal, £30 month, 800
xnetwork minutes, and 1000 texts, Fri/Sat/Sun/Monday calls free. I don't use
a data bundle, as I use my home pc for internet. In my experience, o2 have
been excellent. customer service 1st class. |
