A couple of decades ago I was managing RadioShack stores, and an irate
customer was giving one of my employees hell because their Franklin
Electronic Bible was dead well out of warranty.

The customer was actually trying to argue that it was an affront to God
that we wouldn't fix or replace it at no charge. I couldn't resist
suggesting that if God really wanted their bible to work, He wouldn't need
RadioShack or Franklin to fix it for Him...
