issue.

But people seeing the thread's subject, would think this was
specifically a Belkin KVM switch issue.

BTW, I have heard bad things about Belkin KVMs. Did you look at
reviews e.g. on newegg before getting it?

Your troubleshooting is dire.. That was your main mistake...
