They can do that, other ISps can give free VOIP calls to customers, but
we still have to pay the line rental.
This is the major problem, people will look at VOIP prices and see that
landline prices are not much different and with less hassle. since most
still have to pay the line rental, they will gain little.

You can get some stuff for good prices in P.C world sometimes.
