No, because nobody is getting any direct revenue as a result - there isn't
a charge, unless you want to use the PSTN; the system is free to try. With
respect, your original post included the words "to order your copy...."
which was the defining part.

Anyway I don't propose to labour the point, we disagree and I doubt I will
persuade you otherwise.
