Where exactly is this?
In my Asterisk@home I dont have this in the trunk anywhere, only in the
Outbouund routing.
What version of A@H are you on (I am on 1.3)?

My Dial pattern would be what you have in your "Trunk Settings -> General
settings" - maybe you have a different verison of A@H?
