I have both a German and an Austrian account with Sipgate and I suffer
from the same outages as you do. I just don't complain because I
consider it to be pointless - I am convinced they would maintain a
higher standard of availability if they were able to.

Besides, they are the only provider available around here to offer their
services to everyone regardless of his ISP and, most important, at no
fixed cost. So what I get is what I pay for. At times, this may mean
'nothing'.
