Let's say Verizon does manage to get FiOS in the Chicago area in the next
few years, where would you go to find answers to your questions? Wouldn't it
make sense to ask in 0.verizon.fios? You won't be able to until you actually
subscribe to their service.
We need a new group that is accessible to everyone. But why limit it to
Verizon? Other phone companies will be offering similar services in the
future. AT&T has U-verse. Why not create a generic news group for
fiber-optic phone/television/internet services?
Unless, of course, there already is a group where such discussions are
appropriate. Does anyone know of one? |
