Go to this T-Mobile Web site and enter your phone specifics:

http://tmobileuspublic.wdsglobal.com/

and they'll send a message to the phone which should automatically
configure it.

I think that if your phone is unknown to them, the Web site will display
the appropriate parameters for you to enter manually.
