Symptom 1:

I call a number, the number is occupied,
I push the red button, but I can not terminate
the phone call.

It takes about one minute to stop the call,
all the time again and again pushing the red button.

Symptom 2:

I make a telephone call.
Suddenly terminated
a loud PLOP in the loudspeaker
on the backside, the red LED above the lens is red.
no light

After about 1 minute, the phone recoves like nothing
had happened before.

The update software tells, I have the latest firmware

Any ideas?
