I am looking for a utility that I can install on any one of my wireless networked computers that will scan the airwaves and show all wireless networks, their signal strength, their channels, the utility will scan all channels to find the clearest ones, it can check the throughput of each channel, etc.?

I'm having problems in my house with interference and I can't seem to figure out what channel to use or my wireless router for the least interference. I have cordless phones, 2.4ghz wireless keyboards and mice, tons of electronics, microwave, etc.
