Gimme a URL for this speedtest you're using. It can't be one of the Flash
players iPhone doesn't support. How do they do the speedtest?

Please don't tell me they download a file over and over because the browser
would cache that, even Safari, making the test look like you were running
on a mainframe with frame relay service.

What URL was this running on? I wanna try it from the tablet to see what
it says on the remnants of Alltel EVDO.
