I've got a better idea. If there Terms of Service cause you so much
heartburn, GET ANOTHER PROVIDER! Unless you can prove that you are legally
forced to use their service, all the bitching in the world isn't going to
change the TOS. If your response is that you are getting a sweet deal, it
is still only an option (and not a requirement) that you continue to use
the service.

It really is that simple.
