I'm having problems in my house with interference and I can't seem to figure out what channel to use or my wireless router for the least interference. I have cordless phones, 2.4ghz wireless keyboards and mice, tons of electronics, microwave, etc.

While there are others, this one is a simple straight forward way to see what's nearby.
Download NetStumbler 0.4.0 Build 554 - Detect Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) using 802.11b, 802.11a and 802.11g - Softpedia It won't show throughput, but will show you what else is nearby, it's channels, encryption, etc. I'm not sure what OS's it's compatible with, but it works well on windows xp. I doesn't play well with all adapters, but give it a try...you're out nothing.
