The iPhone PAYG SIM provides 12 months access to the cloud and bt openzone
hotspots (and continues to provide access for £10/month thereafter if you so
wish). The iPhone monthly contracts also include this access as standard.

There's no charge for accessing wifi networks that you have access to yourself
anyway (e.g. home, friends, free public wifi etc.)
