There is a sort of logical sequence for choosing a mobile network
First: choose one that has good coverage in the areas that you are
going to use it in
Second: choose a network that offers inclusive mins and or text
to the network you call most.
e.g, Three offer an extra 300 mins p.m.or unlimited to other Three users.
Lycamobile offer special PAYG deals to other on network users, etc, etc
Third: choose a phone that has features you need and want, picking one
with features you'll never use will probably only cost you wasted extra.
I'm sure others can add a fourth
