Yes and Yes, in fact Lycamobile will give you a bonus
for taking your PAC to them
Call O2 and ask for it, remember whatever credit you have on the
O2 account will be lost as soon as the PAC is used.
Could be worth your while getting a second Lycamobile for your
own use, so she can call / text you cheaply
