hey , i can not open a new threat , but i've been really needing help

today , i've bought a ZTE ZXDSL 531B modem, i did connect it by ethernet...but there's something wrong about my wireless connection... my laptop can connect it by ethernet , but it can not connect by wifi.

how can that happen , there's nothing in the manual, and i've been trying to do it for hours.still nothing. pls help me .
