Using ICS and a wireless PCI card can be a real hassle, while it works I have found in the long term it is not that reliable. If you have lots of problems, personally I'd set up the Netgear as Dale suggested, then plug one of its switch ports into your Belkin router's switch. That will essentially turn the Netgear into a standard access point for your whole LAN. You will then need an additional access point (make sure it supports client mode) or client bridge to plug into the XBOX and use this to connect to the Netgear.
