Hi there, Yes as the WPA standard wasn't set 3 years ago you will have to download the latest drivers and or connection tools for you wifi card. You can go to here HP Support & Drivers and I think it will detect your machine and tell you the updates you can get. Having the latest Windows SP2 can help to.
