On the bottom right of your screen you should have some icon of the
printer, right click on it and say open - this will show the print
queue, select one job at a time and take the option to cancel the print
job.
Once all have been cancelled you should be able to delete the printers
and faxes.

You might have more than one printer queue (if you named the printers
differently) if so you will have to repeat the first step (above).

I would uninstall the server software and the printer ports also before
reinstalling and reboot the system before you start the installation
process.
