Hi Jono,
When I log into my voip.co.uk account, it shows the correct IP
address. Everything looks ok as far as I can tell.
voip.co.uk support normally reply to email messages promptly but in my
case, it seems to be taking ages to sort out this problem. I am
coming to the conclusion that there is nothing wrong at my end given
the fact that I have been able to use another VoIP service using my
ATA and also because voip.co.uk support have told me that my ATA is
set up correctly for their service. I can't think what else could be
wrong but then again, I'm not all that knowledgeable about the finer
details of VoIP and SIP.
I am using proxy.voip.co.uk for both "SIP server" and "Outbound Proxy"
as listed in the config of my ATA (Grandstream HandyTone-486).
