who did the hardware install? did you pay for it or did you DIY?

If you DIY'd, you're on your own. If you paid for the install, the NZW guys should be on the case...

Either way, I think you'll find that with depeering, the 3mbit national wont be as good as it used to be.. and IIRC it's sold as "up to 3mbit" with particular emphasis on the words "up to"

Dont forget that they are using standard wifi technology - it's shared bandwidth, so things will slow a bit at peak times.
