And we, *of course*, trust this unknown and unheard of person to
actually resist an unconstitutional Patriot Act subpoena, protect his
machines from rootkitting, and generall protect *his* logs from
inappropriate access. And we trust him not to slap a man-in-the-middle
attack on the SSH-->HTML connection and read and re-assemble all the
data for his own nefarious purposes, a process easily done with boxes
such as the "NetIntercept" box from Sandstorm Enterprises, or done
with locally set up tools as an interesting learning exercise, and
even incorporating man-in-the-middle SSL forwarding for decrypting
your other traffic.
Personal data safety does not reside in the hands of idiots who spam
and do not understand the underlying technology.
