Careful - the first dozen or so mentions of it relate to the use of
'worse' as a noun. If you intend to use it as a noun, you need to use
'the' with it - as in the famous Spaghetti western - and this is a
quite specialised usage, often considered archaic.

I'll take one up just as soon as the American Heritage Dictionary
becomes a source of knowledge about the English Language. As oppose
that is to some hybid of gibberish and witterese....
