I too have heard lots of bad things about the V180. My wife got two of them to crap out on her
(granted she dropped one of them). otoh, I got one of the "good" v180's. I've had it almost 18
months and it still works fine. Even left it out sitting on my car during a torrential thunderstorm
and amazingly it still works. Dropped it lots of times so it's pretty scratched up, but yet it
continues to function.
