G'day all;

My wife dropped her RAZR and the internal display has taken a dump
(the little one on the outside is okay). I went to a local Cingular
store to buy a replacement phone. Yep. They had 'em. And for the
measly sum of ~$325.00 I could have one too. NOT!

I paid less than that for two of them together when I bought 'em.
So I figured that I'd buy one off the web somewhere, and change the
SIM to the new phone. That's all I need to do, right? I don't need
to fool with the ESN (? - the internal electronic number) do I?

If John or anyone else reading here has any tips on how to get this
done in the most expedient and cost effective manner, I'd be
grateful to read about 'em.
