They might. On the other hand if I one was wanting to upgrade because
one was using 450minutes a month they might prefer the additional £40
that that brought in over the additional £5 that changing tariff would
bring in.

That was one reason I was trying (unsuccessfully) to find what their
terms were. The other is that they have an offer on at the moment with
cashback sites which pays 30 quid more for a 600 minute contract than
for a 300 minute contract.
