I am convinced that Richard is one of the best trolls this newsgroup has
ever seen. It's not just the endless travel agent thing or the
suggestions to call Verizon, there are numerous other clues as well,
from the comments about battery life to the suggestion that a Pageplus
customer manually log how many minutes, texts, and MB of data he uses.
It is simply not possible for any individual to intentionally be that
clueless.
