I'm verifiably not John Navas, but I agree with the various comments. I've
often gone to his web pages for information that was very helpful. And he's
pretty good about answering questions here as well, although his style
obviously irritates some. That's fine, I can deal with it, and I'm sure my
own style irritates some in rec.bicycles.tech where I most-frequently post.
Probably the main thing that bothers some about John Navas is the "finality"
of his posts. He leaves very little room for error or opinion. I, on the
other hand, find it safest to assume that those times I'm 100% certain of
something, I'm usually wrong.
