Pot, meet Mr. Kettle. The only reason this has gone on as long as it
has is because of your typical tactic of making "smash and grab"
posts, disappearing for a while when you get outed as an idiot, then
returning as though nothing ever happened. What's the matter,
Lawrence, can't handle it when someone holds your feet to the fire
about your bullshit?

They got a judgement for less than 1/3 of $175. So the logical mind
(I know that is a foreign concept to you) can only conclude they would
be very willing to go to court over a case for more than 3 times the
amount of a case where proof has been given that they've already won.

Does it matter? It was decided by a South Carolina magistrate. If
you show up in magistrate's court without a lawyer, and the other side
does, the judge will hold the side with a lawyer to a higher standard
than the litigant without. Not conjecture on my part, I've been told
that by judges and several lawyers. Not imaginary lawyers, like
your's, but REAL ones.

And this has to do with what, why? Why don't you call Alltel and ask
them? Do I look like their customer support department? I haven't
had a problem with Alltel in quite a while. Maybe it's the tin foil
wrapped around your head.

Steve was right, you whine about everything.
