Depending on the carrier, and volume purchased, resellers pay 85%-90% of
face value for cellular prepaid cards (at least those were the numbers
back when I was in the biz.) That leaves them a little wiggle room to
offer a slight discount and still make a profit.

A "win-win" as they say...
