That is not correct. During the connection process in a shop the
customer does not even speak to the connecting CSR.

But the chap in the Orange Shop cannot see what products the CSR is/is
not applying.
Some of the CSRs still forget to add the unlimited products onto the
account, it does not go on automatically. Human error.
