I find it ironic that "the Nation's Largest Wireless Carrier" doesn't
have 24/7 Customer service, but T-Mobile (the nation's smallest, at least
of nationwide carriers) does.

I liked Cingular fine when I used to use them, but I found the customer
service lacking for a company that large.
