No, their services are controlled by policy from the server..Telephony
is an automatic start for everyone here. Telephony is RPC dependent so
its okay. It appears to be some sort of hardware dependent thing..since
if they log in and I do a runas then the items are selectable in the
connect dialog box. Something is limiting them as power users from
firing it off
