He has a very long history of being a pathological liar, and he violates
charters of various newsgroups with off-topic posts. The sad thing is
that he posts the misinformation, and posts off-topic, knowing full well
that the information is wrong, and that the off-topic posts are annoying
and disruptive. It's not like he's a newbie that's doing it
unintentionally.

The best solution is to filter him out and not respond.
