At least on my 6125 the ringtones are stored as normal files, so just copy the
files to the new phone should work, easiest can be if you can use the same
type of memory cards in both phones (I know there aren't that many phones that
supports cards). Using bluetooth may allow you to send files between the
phones directly (I know, not all has bluetooth). But yes, connecting the
phones to the computer and use the closed source program should allow you to
copy the file between the phones.
