Hello:

I'm hoping that someone can answer the following question ... before I fork
out money for a new SATA hard drive.

I'm thinking of getting a Seagate ST3320620AS hard drive. The benchmarks
for the drive look awsome. However, my motherboard does not have 3.0Gb/s
capabilties. I know that the drive will still run at 1.5Gb/s. I will not
be using a RAID setup.

My question is, will the drive's performance go down by setting it to
1.5Gb/s or, will the performance be the same?
