I have the Treo 650 and I am very happy with it. Yes, the 680 is available
from Cingular as of today. It turns out to be $199 after rebates. After
reading the review at Mytreo.net, I do not see a whole lot of reason to
upgrade from my 650. There are a few enhancements but nothing to warrant the
upgrade cost for a current 650 user. The writer of the review indicates that
the 680 more favors the 650 than the 700. In any case you can read the
